Having both started cooking at a young age, our executive chefs Kim and Daniel have a combined experience of over 26 years in the hospitality industry. Their work experience includes various positions in the most celebrated restaurants on the planet, such as Per Se (New York), The French Laundry (Napa Valley), Alinea (Chicago) and El Bulli in Roses Spain. Most recently, Kim and Daniel served on the executive management team at the three Michelin-Star rated restaurant “The Restaurant at Meadowood” in Napa Valley.
